Nampa Mayor Invites Residents to Join Boards

**Nampa Mayor Seeks Applicants for Boards and Commissions**

Nampa residents have an opportunity to shape their city's future by serving on one of several open boards or commissions. Mayor Debbie Kling is inviting passionate individuals to apply for these positions, offering a chance to contribute to Nampa's growth and development.

Applications for the current openings are due by **Sunday, February 23, 2025**. All selected candidates will be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the Nampa City Council before starting their terms.

The following positions are currently available:

- **Arts & Historic Preservation Commission**: 3 openings, 5-year term

- **Board of Appraisers**: 1 opening, 4-year term

- **Building & Fire Code Board of Appeals**: 1 opening, 2-year term

- **Nampa Development Corporation**: 1 opening to complete a term ending September 30, 2028

Completed applications along with a letter of interest explaining why you’d like to serve should be submitted to the Mayor’s Office. Submissions can be sent via email to **mayor@cityofnampa.us** or delivered in person to **Nampa City Hall at 411 3rd Street South, Nampa, Idaho 83651**.
