**Nampa Caregiver Support Group Offers Meetings Twice Monthly**

The Alzheimer's Association Greater Idaho Chapter is hosting the Nampa Caregiver Support Group twice a month at the Nampa Public Library in Study Room 302. These meetings serve as a safe and welcoming space for individuals living with dementia and their care partners to connect and share experiences.

The support group, facilitated by trained leaders, focuses on helping attendees develop a support system, exchange practical advice for solving challenges, discuss coping strategies, share personal experiences and concerns, and learn about local resources that can assist with care.

**Meeting Schedule:**

- **3rd Wednesdays:** 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

- **Last Mondays:** 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

The next meeting will take place on **Monday, February 24, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM**.

For further details, participants can reach out to Mercedes Munoz at 208-722-2521 or via email at mmunoz@alz.org. More information about this and other Alzheimer's Association resources is available at alz.org/idaho.
