The Treasure Valley Family YMCA says World Tai Chi Day will be held at the Caldwell Y on April 25, 2026, at 10 a.m. The event will take place at Eldridge Park on the west side of the Caldwell YMCA. It is free and open to all, with registration in YMCA360.

World Tai Chi and Qigong Day is celebrated annually on the last Saturday of April at 10 a.m. local time in more than 80 nations. The day promotes health, wellness and global unity and is described as creating a wave of tai chi, qigong and meditation in motion across the globe.
