The Treasure Valley Family YMCA will host Healthy Kids Day on April 18, 2026, at four Treasure Valley locations. The event is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families, and it has run free community events for more than 30 years to keep minds and bodies active through the summer months and beyond.

The free, annual event features a variety of family-friendly activities to encourage healthy kids, healthy families and a healthy start to the summer season, according to the YMCA.

Locations and times are: Caldwell YMCA, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.; Downtown Boise YMCA, 9 a.m.-noon; West Boise YMCA, 9 a.m.-noon; Tomlinson YMCA, all day.
