**Tang Soo Do Classes in Nampa, Idaho**

Nampa Parks & Recreation is offering Tang Soo Do classes at the Harward Rec Center in Nampa, Idaho. Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday, with designated times for different age groups.

- Ages 6-12: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 PM to 7 PM

- Ages 13 and older: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 PM to 8 PM

The cost for members is $35 per month, while non-members pay $41 per month. The classes focus on teaching self-confidence, building self-esteem, improving balance, and fostering discipline and courtesy.
