**NETA Fitness Workshops Coming to Nampa**

The Harward Recreation Center in Nampa, Idaho, will be hosting NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) fitness workshops next weekend. The two-day event offers participants the chance to gain certification and expand their fitness knowledge through targeted sessions.

The schedule is as follows:

- **March 8**: Group Exercise Certification Review Workshop and Exam from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- **March 9**:

- Anatomy 3D: Trains, Pains, and Chains from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

- Bodyweight Strength Building from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
