**Traffic Alert: I-84 Closure in Nampa Due to Multi-Vehicle Crash**

Nampa Police have issued updates regarding closures on I-84 following a series of crashes.

At 10:00 a.m., police confirmed that I-84 is now back open after earlier closures.

Earlier in the morning, at 8:00 a.m., an additional non-injury crash near Exit 38 (Garrity) caused I-84 westbound to be closed between Garrity and Exit 33 (Karcher).

Initial reports indicated that I-84 westbound was originally closed from Exit 33 to Exit 36 due to a multi-vehicle non-injury crash. Authorities diverted traffic off the interstate to investigate and clear the site. The roads in the area were reported to be slick, which contributed to the accident.

Motorists were advised to avoid the affected areas until the scene was cleared. The investigation and cleanup took several hours before normal traffic flow resumed. Officials remind drivers to remain cautious on slick roads and allow extra time for travel.
