The Warhawk Air Museum has officially opened a new expansion to honor those who served or lost their lives during the Global War on Terror. The expansion, which comes after years of planning and fundraising, is designed to educate the public, honor military service, and preserve national history.

The City of Nampa played a role in supporting this project. Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling, Director of Transportation Crystal Craig, and Airport Superintendent Lynsey Johnson were recognized for their contributions during the process.

The museum expansion opened to the public on September 13 at 10 AM. It is located near the Nampa Municipal Airport at 201 Municipal Drive in Nampa, Idaho. For additional information, visit the Warhawk Air Museum website at warhawkairmuseum.org.
