Youth Strength Training Course Starts January 13

**Youth Strength Training Course at Harward Rec Center**
Nampa, ID – The Harward Rec Center is hosting a Youth Strength Training Course from January 13 to January 16, targeting youth ages 13 and 14. The sessions will take place from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM each evening.
This program is an opportunity for young participants to learn proper strength training techniques. By successfully completing the course, they will be granted access to the weight room at the facility.
